Company Vote area where such promotion is limited to your enrollment as a
contact for your opportunity.

MarketWave, and
Len Clements specifically, likewise will never use any information gathered
from its customers or web site visitors to promote, directly or indirectly, any
network marketing company, business opportunity, or MLM product that Mr.
Clements or any employee, agent, or co-owner of MarketWave is personally
enrolled into as a distributor, or employed by (if any).
